Waimea library hosts free beatbox workshop Thursday

Bring out the hip hop artist in you at a beatbox workshop with award-winning hip-hop musician and educator, Mr. Kneel.

Thelma Parker Memorial Public Library of the Hawaii State Public Library System will host this free workshop for kids of all ages at 11 a.m. on Thursday in Waimea. No advance registration is required.

The engaging and creative Mr. Kneel, a.k.a., Neil McIntyre, has performed at more than 500 schools and venues in 43 states and in seven provinces abroad. His events have been described as “family hip hop at its finest.”
